Medium Rare residents Stu Bruce and Tucka cut their teeth spinning house music and drum & bass on the London and Brighton club scenes, many moons ago. They joined forces years later, rocking house parties all night long with whatever they found in the record crates, and so Medium Rare was born. Over time, this mischievous Medium Rare kitten matured into a sabre-toothed tiger of dancefloor destruction! They decided to hit the road with the house party vibe, and these days, they never leave home without it.

Expect a main course of funk, soul, hip hop and breaks, served with a side of whatever else is ripe and in season. These guys don’t like boundaries. In fact, if they see a boundary, they eat a boundary, and wash it down with a cup of hot steaming rules. Medium Rare, more soul than a sock with a hole!
